Manufacturing Quality Manager

Eaton's VEH Vehicle Group division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager.
This is a hybrid role that is based in our Southfield, MI facility.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $******** - $********* a year.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The primary function of this position is to provide support for strategic quality-related activities within plants throughout Vehicle Group North America (VGNA).
Drive prioritized actions with Customer Quality, Cost of Non-Conformance, Quality Management Systems and APQP.
Support maintaining quality levels to meet and exceed customer expectations through continuous improvements and the Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS).
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Represent the quality function within the assigned plants, on shop floor and in necessary meetings to analyze and interpreting problems throughout the manufacturing process and implement necessary actions for resolution.
