The Manufacturing Specialist - Production Supervision-1 is responsible for supporting and supervising daily shop floor operations to ensure production goals, safety standards, quality requirements, and delivery targets are consistently achieved. This role provides front-line leadership to production personnel, coordinates resources, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
Based in Pittsburgh, this position works closely with production teams, maintenance, quality, engineering, and materials teams to maintain efficient operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
