Role And Responsibilities Able to start and stop the production line according to protocol and set the required parameters. Keeps accurate records and notes on production sheets. Follow test procedures on finished goods and record results that this may include: melt flow, specific gravity, hardness (test stand and handheld), etc. Operate forklift and hand trucks. Communicate with shift supervisor about processing problems and be able to troubleshoot and make necessary/permitted adjustments to fix them. Document and communicate adjustments according to protocol. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment. Assist Debagging and Packing operators when needed. Assist to conduct QC/QA tests including sample preparation.
