Manufacturing Stator and Assembly Manager

SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Stator and Assembly Manager will be the main leader responsible for the Manufacturing Stator and Assembly Manager . This professional will be tasked with ensuring focus on Safety, Quality, Costs, Productivity along with Continuous Improvement & People Engagement.

The manager will lead large-scale multidisciplinary teams of ~300 members, (including supervisors, process technicians, and operators) driving a mindset of continuous improvement to become the benchmark and ensuring that the compressors maintain their global standard of quality and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety Culture (EHS): Promoting strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, Ensuring zero-accident work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with Nidec quality standards, reducing scrap, internal rejection, and customer complaints. S...
