Job description We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Schneider Electric team. The Plant specializes in Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, focusing primarily on prefabricated data centers and power modules for the Data Center sector. The ideal candidate: A natural leader with experience managing and developing multiple teams in a Job type manufacturing setting, ideally with prior experience in prefabricated modular systems, data centers, or related industries. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing production efficiency, quality, and safety while ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. A passion for driving process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, or other best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
