ABOUT THE JOB Manage and support shopfloor applications within a manufacturing environment Evaluate user experience and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement Drive implementation of enhancements and digital solutions for shopfloor operations Lead and support change management activities related to system or process improvements Assess different technical solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across shopfloor systems Continuously improve processes by enhancing system connectivity and digitalization across shopfloor workflows
