**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Will be monitoring production activity, identifying process problems, troubleshooting causes, and developing solutions. Team leads will also ensure that employees are performing job tasks to align with the company policies and standards. Input molds into shell system and monitor all automated systems according to production specifications to produce parts of outstanding quality while following part-specific GSPs and Work Instructions in the Gibsonton Florida Location.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Trained and signed off on Demonstrated Skills Checklist for Mercury, Shell Input, Blowoff, and Pre-Wet and Refill Sand/Slurry.
+ Checking Shell Supervision for any updates to the work schedule or safety items.
+ Inputs mold into Shell automated system following Work Instructions in Mercury.
+ Ensuring the correct practice is pulled up on the production system screen (Mercury) while performing any operation.
