This role supports a high-volume flavor production facility by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and performing mixing, blending, and compounding tasks. You will work with a wide variety of flavors, follow documented procedures and work orders, and help keep the facility clean, safe, and efficient. This position requires consistent heavy lifting, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

+ Assist machine operators with offloading and handling materials throughout the production process.
+ Manually move buckets and vats of flavor materials and ingredients as needed.
+ Support mixing, blending, and compounding of products according to recipes, documentation, and work orders.
