Manufacturing Technician (PCBA Production)

This role supports all aspects of process in PCBA production lines.

Your tasks

• 1. SMT Line Setup
• Set up solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens
• Load feeders, components, materials, and perform verification process
• Perform program loading and alignment checks
• Manage change over and first article verification
• Monitor machine performance and ensure stable production flow
• 2. Troubleshooting & Process Control
• Diagnose and correct issues such as misalignment, tombstoning, solder bridging, and missing components
• Troubleshoot feeder faults, nozzle problems, vacuum issues, and machine errors
• Optimize printing parameters, placement accuracy, and reflow temperature profiles
• Support continuous improvement of SMT processes
• 3. Quality Control
• Review SPI/AOI results and take corrective actions
