Māori/Pacific Cancer Care Navigator (Kaiāwhina)

Taranaki District Health Board is looking for a Kaiāwhina (Māori/Pacific Navigator) to support patients through their cancer journey at the Jim Carney Cancer Treatment Centre in Whangarei. This full-time, permanent position focuses on building trusting relationships and promoting equitable cancer care for Māori and Pacific communities. Ideal candidates will have strong cultural capability and experience working alongside whānau, ensuring patients can confidently navigate the Faster Cancer Treatment pathway.

Applicants must have experience in organizational roles and be able to work in community and clinical settings.
