Māori/Pacific Cancer Navigator — Whānau Centred Care

The New Zealand Government is seeking a Kaiāwhina (Māori/Pacific Navigator) for a permanent, full-time position primarily at the Te Hihiri Whakahauora / Jim Carney Cancer Treatment Centre. In this role, you'll support Māori and Pacific patients through their cancer journey by building trusting relationships, providing guidance, and advocating for access to care.

Your responsibilities include coordinating appointments, promoting tikanga-based practices, and ensuring culturally safe care for the communities served. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Māori, Pacific, disabled, and rainbow communities.
