The MarCom Coordinator plays a vital bridging role within the Commercial Department, transitioning from foundational execution to independent ownership of key marketing workflows. Under the guidance of the MarCom Manager, the Coordinator supports the promotion of the resort’s brand image, signature venues, and curated guest experiences. This role blends daily digital brand auditing and content creation with structural agency coordination and administrative tracking to ensure all collateral and campaigns seamlessly reflect Hilton Brand Standards.
