Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing technical marine assurance expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across PCISG‑Shipping’s global shipping activities. The Marine Assurance Technical Superintendent supports vessel and terminal inspections, vetting assessments, TMSA audits, and marine risk evaluations in accordance with international maritime regulations, OCIMF standards, and company policies. The position plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating marine operational risks, supporting incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement in marine assurance, safety, and QHSE performance. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role contributes to maintaining high standards of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
