- Inspect, maintain, and repair boats of all kinds
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, replace, remove and install vessel systems and components
- Conduct thorough assessment prior to starting a job including acknowledging the budgeted time
- Overall knowledge of marine systems
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install vessel systems and components including but not limited to: electrical, electronics, gas and diesel engines, Inboard, Outboard, I/O
- Assign parts and purchases to the appropriate vessels/tickets
- Pay based on experience
