Marine Purchaser

Are you technically minded, detail-oriented, and experienced in marine procurement for gas vessels We're supporting a well-established shipping organisation that's expanding its Gas Division, and they're looking for a Technical Executive (Procurement) to join their shore team. What you'll be doing:
Support fleet operations by managing technical procurement for gas vessels (spares, services, consumables)
Coordinate with Technical Superintendents on Class, Flag, surveys, repairs, and dry-docking requirements
Issue and manage Purchase Orders, quotations, deliveries, and invoice closure
Liaise with vessels, suppliers, contractors, and agents worldwide
Support dry-docking preparation, vendor sourcing, and cost comparison
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Follow up on urgent and off-hire items to ensure operational readiness
