Description: Ensure vessels carry out operations and voyages in line with client instructions and internal protocols. Coordinate and handle inspection processes, including uploading necessary documentation to relevant maritime compliance platforms. Perform preparatory reviews (onboard or remotely) to ready ships for upcoming audits or evaluations. Monitor navigational standards aboard vessels, reviewing route plans and conducting periodic navigation checks. Make sure all operations meet the standards set by terminals, charterers, major oil companies, and other stakeholders.
