Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for all crewing activities.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for crew documentation in compliance with the Safety Management System.
- Manage data entry, document control, and ensure accurate record keeping of vessel crew files.
- Track and update crew certifications, statutory certificates, and checklists.
- Prepare travel applications and arrange logistics for crew sign-on/off.
- Assist in maintaining petty cash statements, impress funds, payroll documentation, crew schedules, and rotation plans.
- Coordinate with masters, port authorities, flag states (e.g., MPA), and other relevant stakeholders on crew-related issues.
- Support senior crewing staff in administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
