Maritime HSEQ & Compliance Lead

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a maritime compliance professional to manage internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities for vessels. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in a maritime discipline and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

The role requires good coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to support maritime operations. Familiarity with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and various maritime systems is a plus.
