Maritime Learning & Development Lead

The MPA Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is seeking an experienced training coordinator to develop and implement training programmes for MPA staff. You will conduct skills gap analysis, engage with various partners, and lead training delivery methods.

The role requires a tertiary qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Familiarity with the maritime industry is preferred.
