Market Merchandiser - Speedo

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As the Marketplace Merchandiser for Speedo, you are the voice of the consumer in the region and the strategic connector between brand, product, and market. You'll lead the creation of consumer‑right assortments and price positioning across Speedo's key markets in EMEA—optimising for growth, profitability, and brand equity.

Consumer-Right Assortments

• Build and optimise the Speedo EMEA product assortment in collaboration with commercial and product teams, balancing local relevance with global brand strategy.
• Ensure tailored assortments for key strategic regions/ partners to drive adoption and elevate brand perception.
• Create assortments using sell‑in/sell‑out, ROI, and margin data.
• Drive seasonal “less is more” editing, and focus on hero products, storytelling, segmentation, and credible outfit building.
