Opportunity Description
This role will play a key part in shaping user insights, experience optimization, and player behavior strategy across digital and gaming products. You will drive methodology innovation, and collaborate with senior Product, UX, Marketing, and Business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of user research projects including planning, execution, insight delivery, and impact evaluation.
- Build and scale the research capability and methodology standards, processes, best practices, and talent development.
- Translate user behavior insights into business-driven and growth-focused recommendations.
- Partner closely with Product, UX Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive adoption of research outcomes.
