RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and direct quality objectives in line with business growth and monitor performance against these goals, fostering a culture of quality across the organization. Manage and refine the Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to industry standards, including driving efforts maintaining ISO and IATF certifications. Lead the resolution of quality issues in collaboration with cross functional internal teams and external partners, ensuring prompt and effective root cause identification and corrective actions. Ensure all products meet international shipping regulations and manage documentation, including GHS labels and MSDS content. Handle importation logistics and registrations to country-specific requirements, working with both internal resources and external entities.
