Marketing Admin Executive (Freelance)

**Overview**

The Marketing Admin Executive role is based in BMW Group Malaysia’s National Sales Centre (NSC) in based in **Cyberjaya** . The Executive will play a part in the larger marketing team, who will be responsible for marketing activities including planning, execution, and administrative tasks (majorly focused on creative ideation, media planning and on-ground activation). One of the other key task for this role is to finance book-keeping for the marketing department.

The role is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home for up to two days a week, provided there are no meetings requiring physical attendance. This arrangement is subject to change.

**Responsibilities**

+ With guidance from managers, steer internal departments, external agencies and vendors to effectively manage product and campaign launches
+ Provide support and presentation of ideas as a contributor in establishing and executing advertising strategy
