Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Timely handling of client service requests within a 24-hour period.
- Sending letters and/or emails to our insureds and CISs in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering telephone calls and handling or forwarding same in a professional manner.
- Collection, processing and forwarding of cheques and credit card payments to our accounting department in a timely manner.
- Prepares, distributes and manages invoices on a timely basis.
- Assists with communication with providers as directed.
- Monitors and orders office supplies as necessary.
- Provides additional office support as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years insurance industry or insurance brokerage experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Data entry and word processing skills.
