The wider function, built out of people from digital-first organisations. Performance-led, not a traditional financial services environment.
The Role
You'll own the marketing measurement agenda, the person who turns raw performance data into something the business can actually act on. Strong across GA4, multi-touch attribution and the full tracking stack underneath it, with the credibility to shape how AI gets embedded into marketing measurement and decisioning
