Job Title: Marketing Assistant Location: 1750 N Vine Street Hollywood Los Angles, California(Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Pay rate- $20-$22/hour on W2 What You'll Do: Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Own and manage the email and SMS campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution. Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize for better results. Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership. Leverage data to enhance fan engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
