Responsibilities
Involves work in support of the administration of the Medical Segment. Duties may range from performing computations/analyses and preparing reports to coding documents, processing transactions, maintaining databases, and coordinating events and meetings. Basic administrative duties may include preparing, processing, coordinating, monitoring, and filing, a combination of schedules, documents and data based on information provided by others. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of their assigned work team. May assist executives in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Uses company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
