Overview
In this role, you take an active part in driving marketing and communication activities in the Region Romandie. You ensure that initiatives are not only implemented, but well organised, visible and impactful.
A key focus of the role is the planning and execution of seminars and events, where you take ownership from concept to delivery.
You work closely with the Marketing & Communication Director Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities
Events & Seminars (key focus)
- Take ownership of the organisation of seminars, events and smaller conferences
- Plan, coordinate and execute events end-to-end (invitations, logistics, speakers, on-site presence)
- Ensure a professional and smooth participant experience
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
Marketing & Digital Communication
