Marketing & Communications Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

The Goal The goal of the Partnerships and Outreach team in THH is to change the way people and organisations think and work with ex-offenders, so that partners can grow their confidence in working with our residents, and that our Whole of Society becomes an ecosystem that lifts people, even when they fall. More than that, the long-term goal of THH is not just to rehabilitate ex-offenders, but to share the story of our ex-offenders and to use them as archetypes to inspire society that difficult personal change is possible, that painful familial relationships can be restored, and to encourage a healthier system that is resilient enough to lift people, even when they have made errors. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Social Work, Finance, and our Work Initiatives to drive marketing outcomes for our businesses, and amplify the transformation stories within our partners, and residents. You will report directly to the Partnerships Manager.
