Essential Duties
Provides a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Marketing Department. Coordinates customer meetings including advisory boards, focus groups, speaker events, education sessions. Coordinate and assist Head of Marketing for marketing activities in internal events like National Sales Meetings/Quarterly Sales meeting/Ostomy Days/LeadCon/Ostomy Insights/Ostomy Crucible and Onboarding programsResponsible for maintaining the inventory of marketing materials.Ensures timely dispatch of samples and marketing material as planned or needed.
