Scope: Malaysia Market
I/ Role Purpose:
Build and grow the Malaysian market by executing localized marketing strategies, developing a strong creator and community ecosystem, driving revenue growth across e-commerce channels, and establishing (Brand Name) as a leading Performance Lifestyle brand for Southeast Asian consumers. This role owns the growth performance of the Malaysian market and is accountable for both brand-building and business results.
II/ Key Responsibilities:
A. GTM Strategy Development & Execution (35%)
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop and continuously refine the Malaysia marketing strategy according to each market development stage.
