About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Data Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of audience growth strategies and identify user trends.
- Make recommendations on segmentation, profiling and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau CRM) to capture campaign & ongoing engagement data visualizations.
- Resolve business associated challenges by performing audit on data for digital briefs.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and build and maintain campaign analytics dashboards.
