We are seekinga Marketing Data Analyst to drive insightsfor our delivery and loyaltyprograms within a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data, supporting initiatives that improve customer retention, increase order frequency, and optimize delivery performance.
You will work closelywith the marketingteam to translate data into actionable insights, helping shape campaigns, promotions, and loyalty strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze delivery channel performance (e.g., order trends,basket size, frequency, customer behavior) to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate loyalty program effectiveness, including customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and campaign ROI
