Impress is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our Barcelona HQ. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll sit at the intersection of integral strategy and local execution. As the lead architect for our marketing operations across 10 international markets, you will help ensure that speed and agility remain our biggest competitive advantages.

This position is onsite and based in Barcelona (Spain).

How you'll have impact

• Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Managers across 10 countries (SP, PT, IT, FR, NL, SE, UK, and US).
• Own the Numbers: Lead weekly performance reviews with our Founders and Leadership team, turning complex data into clear stories focused on Sales, CAC, and Funnel Efficiency.
