Kasagi Labo is reimagining how anime and manga fans connect with each other and creators. We're building AnimeOshi, an anime intelligence network targeted at global anime communities, backed by one of Southeast Asia's largest seed rounds ($20M USD). We're scaling fast with a team that thrives on creativity, ownership, and bold thinking.

The Opportunity

AnimeOshi is entering an aggressive acquisition phase: paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, IP partnerships with major studios, and a growing slate of original video content. We're not hiring against a checklist. We need someone who is genuinely excellent at a craft and genuinely obsessed with anime, and we'll build the marketing vision around them.

Working closely with the marketing team, you'll bring your craft to the engine room of our growth: direct, high-output, and proud of what you make. The marketing scope and strategy we'll coach into you. The craft and the passion have to come with you.
