Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing effective marketing programmed and strategies to meet Group's sales objectives. Assist in conducting market surveys to keep abreast of marketing trends and pricing. Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with Group's marketing concepts. Assist in preparation of sales and marketing activities. Requirement: Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY is required for this position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Result driven and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environment.
