Marketing Executive (Shipping Logistics)

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Marketing Executive for one of our clients. The role will focus on managing digital presence, driving employer branding initiatives, generating qualified leads, and supporting overall marketing activities across all branches and projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing experience, hands‑on expertise in social media management, lead generation, and content creation, along with the ability to coordinate cross‑functionally and deliver measurable marketing

• Plan and execute a structured monthly marketing calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with 12‑16 posts/month.
• Drive employer branding initiatives highlighting employees’ culture and achievements.
• Execute digital lead generation campaigns (social media, email, inbound).
• Conduct outreach, maintain lead tracker, and coordinate with Sales on conversions.
