Opportunity Description
This role will lead the integrated PLM, Marketing Operations, Branding, and Communication functions within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. Responsible for building scalable, standardized services, ensuring lifecycle governance, and driving global stakeholder alignment and service excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage PLM, Marketing, Branding, and Communication service lines Define service catalogues, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks Oversee product lifecycle activities (data, launches, changes, discontinuation) Lead marketing operations, branding governance, and communication strategies Manage global stakeholders and drive performance reporting Build and lead a multi-functional team Drive continuous improvement, automation, and service transformation Requirements Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) 1015+ years in GBS/shared services, PLM, marketing, or communications Strong leadership in multi-functional service delivery Expertise in SLA/KPI-driven operati...
