Key Responsibilities
• Immerse yourself in Gen Z and university culture to develop long-term brand positioning and timely, trend-relevant product launches.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns that drive massive awareness, customer acquisition, and store conversion across all digital and physical channels.
• Guide the visual and narrative vibe of the brand—overseeing mock-ups and campaign concepts to ensure they stay authentic and exciting.
• Define and track performance frameworks. Use data-driven insights to manage budgets, agencies, and vendors for maximum ROI.
• Mentor a high-energy marketing team, building their capabilities in content creation, analytics, and digital strategy.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure every campaign is execution-ready and aligned with business priorities.
