Opportunity Description
To develop, establish and maintain the right marketing strategies in the Asian area with effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization and meet organizational objectives Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze proposed opportunities for marketing activities such as costing, budget, feasibility for Asia Market Leading and managing projects related to marketing initiatives events, exhibitions, launching, sponsorship) in Asia. Develop and implement marketing plans in the area on a yearly basis and update continuously Develop marketing processes and procedure (worksheets, SOP, checklist, store opening plan) Coordinate, delegate and follow up with team members and their activities on a weekly basis.( PCB, KPL) Manage, motivate, coach the productivity of the marketing team members & increase their productivity.
