Opportunity Description

building awareness, generating admissions enquiries, and establishing as the name
every Mumbai parent talks about. This Marketing Manager will be the first dedicated marketing hire
and will have end-to-end ownership of the school's presence — digital, physical, and community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Meta · Google Ads)
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
targeting parents of children aged 2–12 in Mumbai
• Own the lead generation funnel — from ad creative to admissions enquiry form
• Monitor and improve key metrics: CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages continuously
• Build remarketing audiences to nurture parents in the consideration phase
