The PMM is not just a marketer. This person acts as the commercial storyteller of the brand — identifying unique selling points, consumer psychology, emotional triggers, and positioning angles that make products stand out in a crowded market. This role plays a critical part in product launches, campaign direction, creator briefing, and overall brand growth.
