Marketing Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a marketing professional to support the growth of Pureffect, a skincare brand focused on functional skincare, hydration, brightening, barrier repair, and daily-use beauty products. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns, creating content direction, and supporting e-commerce growth across platforms such as Shopee, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans for Pureffect in Singapore and overseas markets. Manage social media content planning across Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Plan product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing calendars. Work with designers, content creators, KOLs, and internal teams to produce marketing assets.
