1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify target segments, define value propositions, and craft positioning strategies.
- Plan annual marketing roadmaps, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Work closely with business development teams to drive lead generation and pipeline conversion.
2. Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) to generate qualified leads.
- Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- Optimise marketing funnels across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
- Collaborate with sales/BD teams to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue outcomes.
