• Creates and communicates innovative marketing information about the institute’s membership, professional certification programmes, continuing professional development programmes etc

• Creates compelling and engaging, content for various channels, including websites, blogs, whitepapers and social media

• Champions the branding of the institute to enhance its viability

• Plans and organises outreach programes targeted at educational institution, corporate institutions (private and public) and HR firms to enhance the institute’s membership drive
