Job Summary We are hiring a dedicated
Marketing & Sales Executive
to promote and sellspecialized construction machinery. This role combines office-based planning in the mornings with outdoor client engagement in the afternoons, offering adynamic balance of strategy and fieldwork. Machinery Portfolio As part of this role, you will be responsible for Excavator Vibro & Auger (EVA) Excavator Bucket & Breaker (EBB) Silent Piler Machine (SPM) Telescopic Crawler Cranes (TCC) Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate sales activities during morning office hours. Conduct afternoon outdoor client visits, demonstrations, and negotiations. Promote and sell specialized construction machinery in target sectors. Achieve KPI targets tied to salary, allowance, and commission. Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support. Gather market intelligence and prepare sales reports.
