Marketing & Sales Operations Lead

We are looking for a self‑motivated marketing and sales operations personnel who will oversee our company's strategic marketing efforts and sales operation workflow. In this role, you will partner with our CCO to develop a detailed marketing strategy, building awareness and positioning for our company's brands and products as well as overseeing company conferences, trade shows and major events. You will manage the sales operation workflow, partnering with the Business Development managers on pipeline management, post PO sales processes, as well as associated sales reporting.

• Partner closely with Business Development team to understand the market challenges and growth goals and build a multidimensional marketing strategy to support the overall business objectives.
• Support the product marketing function, partnering with Products and Business Development team to convey the professionalism and differentiation of our product offerings.
