Job Description

- Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis
- Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects within set timelines
- Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide consulting services to clients
- Conduct marketing activities to attract new clients, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process
- Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services
- Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians
- Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
