Knoativ is hiring a data-driven Martech Specialist to bring our marketing technology together across our enterprise-grade product portfolio. The role combines data, engineering, automation, and AI to drive stronger marketing performance and growth. You will be the person who connects our website, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and paid channels into a single working machine, and then makes that machine smarter every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Insights: Bring marketing data together and turn it into dashboards and insights the team can act on.
- Data & Systems: Build and maintain the pipelines and integrations behind the stack, and keep CRM data clean, accurate, and connected.
- Automation & AI: Set up tools, automate workflows, and use AI to improve personalization and performance tracking.
