Masar Internship - Infight Operations

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

The Inflight team is responsible for designing, delivering and enhancing the onboard customer experience while ensuring alignment with brand standards, safety requirements and operational realities.

The team defines how service is delivered onboard by developing service flows, manuals, SOPs, menus, onboard products, galley processes and by testing new concepts through service trials, charter flights and VIP operations.

It manages the end‑to‑end inflight supply chain in close collaboration with catering and suppliers, oversees onboard brand and appearance standards, including uniforms and grooming, curates and manages Inflight Entertainment (IFE) content and works closely with Cabin Crew and Training teams to develop training content.
